If you ask my colleagues in the legal field, they will tell you that I am someone with integrity, I am fair and I am always civil and respectful. I understand that coming into a courtroom is an intimidating experience. As a judge I want everyone to know that I will listen to them and treat them fairly and respectfully.
I believe in upholding and defending the rights and liberties guaranteed to all by the United States and Pennsylvania Constitutions.  It is a fundamental principal of our judicial system that judges treat everyone equally under the law. A judge's role is to interpret the law, not make law. I believe in continuing York County's leadership in criminal justice reform. Treatment courts save money for taxpayers and successfully reduce crime and save lives. I also support the CARD Program, which will streamline behavioral and mental health services for non-violent offenders.
I would be honored to serve the citizens of York County.
